Arrivals are possible after 4:00 PM and departures must be made before 10:00 AM.

Arrivals are managed by an on-site concierge. It is important to contact him in advance to arrange your check-in.

Pets: Small pets are allowed.

You remain responsible for supervising them as well as for any possible damage.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

We simply ask you to leave the kitchen area tidy and cleaned, and that the dishes are done before your departure.

For any stay of 15 days, an intermediate cleaning is scheduled.

A cleaning service during the stay can be offered as an option.

Rental includes one underground parking space suitable for standard passenger vehicles. Please note that some spaces are not accessible to vehicles over 2 metres high.

The concierge is available on site for any request or need you may have during your stay.

Please, however, respect his usual working hours.

Yes, the house is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The connection details will be provided upon your arrival.

We can provide, upon request, equipment suitable for young children, such as a baby bed and a high chair. Please inform us in advance of your specific needs.

The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility or with disabilities.

For the comfort of all our guests, the house is entirely non-smoking indoors.

Smokers are, however, welcome in the outdoor areas specially designated for this purpose.
