The villa boasts a beautiful private pool (9m x 6m, max depth 1.8m), complete with loungers and parasols. Heated until 16th June and from 8th September, it offers the perfect setting for refreshing swims or simply relaxing under the sun throughout the season.

The villa’s garden is a true haven of relaxation, fully equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue for convivial meals, a ping-pong table and children’s games. It boasts an open view of the sea and, in the evening, becomes the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets.
